What Can I do with ‘location’?
Mobile telephone networks can now provide information (of varying accuracy)
on a given mobile telephone’s geographic location. Why is this useful? What can be done with it?

Who’s going to pay for it?
Mobile networks are private companies. They make money by charging for services. Each request for location of a mobile telephone is charged for, anything from 4 to 7 pence, so if media creators want to use location data, they have some idea of how to pay for it. Share those ideas here.
