Where Are We Now? has been initiated and is led by the artist Simon Evans, and is being conducted in partnership with Bristol based software house Apsolute.

The project has been commissioned by the ITEM initiative at FACT in Liverpool. ITEM is funded by the Arts Council England and NESTA.
